⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can’t recommend this shop enough! From the moment I walked in, they were professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. They repaired my Mercedes much faster than I expected without sacrificing quality. What impressed me the most was how transparent they were throughout the entire process. They kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything in a way I could understand, and there were absolutely no hidden fees or surprises. As a woman, taking a car to a repair shop can sometimes feel intimidating because you worry about being taken advantage of. I never felt that way here. They treated me with respect, answered all of my questions patiently, and made me feel confident that they truly had my best interest in mind rather than trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy European auto shop that provides excellent customer service, fair pricing, and quality work, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be bringing my Mercedes back here for any future service and will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Ed is the BEST! Customer service from a New Yorker usually doesn’t go hand in hand. I know this because I’m from New York! However, Ed made sure that my experience was top notch! Finding a trustworthy car shop is a very difficult thing to do. After dealing with Land Rover Frisco, European Auto is where I bring ALL of my family’s vehicles. I make sure to refer ANY of my friends or family that needs a reliable car shop! Thank you Ed and European Auto for providing me AMAZING service and care! If you are looking for a reliable car shop, EUROPEAN AUTO is your place!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about European Auto Care in Frisco! My wife wnd I own a 2017 Mercedes GLS 550, and back in January I had a very unusual issue. My kids had opened several 1-liter water bottles that I had left in the back seat, and the water ended up leaking into the battery compartment. My wife, who normally drives the vehicle, had no idea what had happened and only noticed that the check engine light came on and the SUV wasn't driving properly. She eventually had to pull over, and by pure luck, a passerby recommended European Auto Care. That recommendation turned out to be a blessing. From the moment we brought the car in, I was impressed. The shop was filled with high-end European vehicles—Mercedes, BMWs, Porsches, and more—which immediately gave me confidence that these guys knew what they were doing. Their team quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had my GLS back on the road within just a few days. Fast forward about six months, I had another completely unrelated issue with the vehicle. Once again, I brought it to European Auto Care, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem seamlessly. Their consistency and expertise are wha

had a great experience at European Auto Imports. I stopped by with a question about a notification that appeared on my Audi, and Edward took the time to look into it and help resolve the issue. What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism. Instead of trying to sell me services I didn't need, they clearly explained what was going on with my car and handled everything quickly and respectfully. It's not easy to find an auto shop you can trust, but the team here made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend European Auto Imports to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and customer-focused service.

Great experience with them. They did standard maintenance service and oil change on my 2024 Land Rover Defender 110 V8. Saved me an arm and a leg compared to going to the dealer!
